I’ve seen all and yet I’ve seen nothing,
Experienced all and yet experienced
nothing.
This journey that seems without end.
We are but puppets in the very lives we commandeer
We are but streams coursing through the
rocks.
Our positions
are engineered at every turn we take.
Blame us for where we end up.
As long as you reserve your disdain for
the rocks.
See us transparent and sparkly as we
avoid those rocks in every turn.
Do not blame us when we get to the sea
and our depths become unfathomable.
You are naive for wanting us to stay as
we are forever,
Transparent through and through.
And yet even the sea has its beauty
Having
seen it at sunset, am I convinced.
There is beauty in transparency albeit
shallow.
But beauty found within depths,
Through every plunge and every dive
Beauty indeed! I say.
